Sandy's most important responsibility is to see that our residents are cared for in a kind and loving manner and does everything he can to grow the excellent service and care that is in place at Sea View. He oversees the daily operations by assisting our managers in their jobs and also works with the state to meet or exceed regulatory expectations. He has an open door policy and not only schedules regular reviews with families, but encourages their suggestions at any time.
Alice is here to assist residents and families with questions regarding Sea View. She works with the entire management team and staff to keep Sea View running smoothly and all of our records and files accurate. She is the "go to" person who can answer most of your questions or direct you to the person who can.
Stacy oversees and addresses all of the needs of our residents who live in Sea View, including both personal and medical needs. Her responsibilities include ordering, storing and supervising the dispensing of medications. She also monitors the resident’s health including quarterly assessments. She welcomes your questions or suggestions anytime.
Jan's main focus is to assist residents and families in making the best choice about where to live, whether it's Independent living, Assisted Living or Memory Care. Jan is very passionate about helping seniors make their lives easier, more comfortable and overall enjoyable. Contact Jan for more information.
Kathy provides a full calendar of activities for all of our residents. She encourages all residents to participate in five areas: creative arts, activities of daily living skills, sensory, physical and cognitive stimulation. She also designs and writes our monthly newsletters and coordinates our remarkable monthly events.
Rob is in charge of Sea View's dining services and kitchen staff. He orders all our supplies and plans meals according to monthly menus and special dietary needs of the residents. He also makes special meals for holiday gatherings that include the family and friends of our residents.
The maintenance department is responsible for keeping routine maintenance current and our community running smoothly. Rick can be found around the house making sure that we’re painted, all our lights are working and making minor repairs to the physical plant as necessary. He also has the responsibility of managing the housekeeping department. His team provides weekly housekeeping for all of our residents.
Jessica is responsible for the daily operations of Brightcreek, Sea View's memory care community, and ensures that our residents receive the highest quality of care and service. Together with the entire Brightcreek team, Jessica has created a remarkable home that enhances our resident's lives as well as the lives of their families and loved ones. When you meet Jessica, you will see she is very compassionate about working with our special Brightcreek residents.
Under the oversight of our Executive Director and the Health Services Coordinator, Kaylee schedules the Creekside caregiving staff ensuring that the services plans for our assisted living residents are exceptionally met. She also assists with care plan reviews to ensure that our quality of care always meets our exceeds our residents expectations.
